3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders in the Store may be placed both after creating an Account and without registration (as a “guest”).

  3. Product prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN), unless stated otherwise for a given product. The cost of delivery is added to the product price, and its amount is shown to the Customer before the order is finally placed.
  4. An order is placed by clicking the button confirming the order with an obligation to pay. This click is equivalent to the Customer submitting a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
  5. After placing an order, the Customer receives, at the e-mail address provided, a confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing. The Sales Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the Customer receives this confirmation.
  6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order if the ordered product is unavailable, and will promptly inform the Customer of this, offering the option to cancel or amend the order.

4. Payments

  1. Payments for orders are processed through the payment operator Stripe.
  2. Available payment methods include: payment card and BLIK / online bank transfer, in accordance with the options available in the payment gateway at the time the order is placed.
  3. The Customer is obliged to make payment promptly after placing the order. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
  4. The Seller does not store Customers’ payment card details — this data is processed directly by Stripe, in accordance with applicable security standards (PCI DSS).

5. Delivery

  1. Ordered products are delivered using the delivery method chosen by the Customer from among the options available in the Store at the time the order is placed (e.g. courier shipment, parcel locker).
  2. The cost of delivery is borne by the Customer, unless the Seller indicates otherwise (e.g. as part of a free-delivery promotion above a specified order value). The delivery cost is shown before the order is placed.
  3. The order fulfilment time includes the time needed to prepare the shipment and the delivery time by the carrier, and is indicated to the Customer with the product or during the ordering process.
  4. For orders delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, delivery time and cost may vary depending on the destination country, of which the Customer is informed before placing the order. A Customer located outside the European Union acknowledges that the shipment may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes imposed under the regulations of the destination country, which are not included in the product price or the delivery cost charged by the Seller.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. A Consumer who has entered into a distance contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which the product was received (taken into possession by the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer).
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by an unambiguous statement, e.g. by e-mail sent to info@vezanna.com. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
  3. The Consumer is obliged to return the product to the Seller promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer, unless the Seller decides otherwise.
  4. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of delivering the product (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the Seller received the statement of withdrawal.
  5. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the product has been returned or the Consumer has provided proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
  6. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not involve any additional cost for them.
  7. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a way beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  8. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the contracts listed in Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, including, among others, products made to the Consumer’s individual specifications or adapted to their individual needs, as well as sealed products which cannot be returned after opening the packaging for health or hygiene reasons, once the packaging has been opened after delivery.
  9. The provisions of this section concerning the right of withdrawal apply to Consumers residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland and, to the extent resulting from applicable regulations, to Consumers from other European Union countries. Customers from outside the European Union are asked to contact the Seller to determine the conditions of any possible return, which may vary depending on the regulations in force in the Customer’s country.

7. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms set out in the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and in the provisions of the Civil Code.
  2. A complaint may be submitted in any form, in particular by sending an e-mail to info@vezanna.com, describing the type of non-conformity of the goods with the contract and the request being made.
  3. The Seller will respond to a submitted complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed justified.
  4. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer may demand repair or replacement, or, in cases specified by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
  5. The costs associated with returning goods under an accepted complaint are borne by the Seller.

8. Customer Account

  1. Creating an Account in the Store is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. To create an Account, the Customer provides an e-mail address and sets a password.
  3. The Customer may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Seller at info@vezanna.com, or — if this function is available — independently in the Account settings.
  4. The Customer is obliged to keep their Account password confidential and not to share it with third parties.

9. Personal Data

  1. The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.
  2. The rules for processing Customers’ personal data, including the purposes, legal bases, and rights available to Customers, are set out in a separate document — the Privacy Policy, available at vezanna.com.

10. Out-of-Court Methods of Handling Complaints and Pursuing Claims

  1. The Consumer has the option of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including, among others, seeking assistance from the locally competent Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection or a permanent consumer arbitration court.
  2. A Consumer residing in the European Union may also use the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, intended for the out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.
  3. Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).

11. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes to the law, changes to the scope of the Store’s business activity, or changes to the Seller’s details. Orders placed before the amendments come into force will be fulfilled in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
  3. The current version of the Terms is always available on the Store’s website.
  4. These Terms come into effect on the date of publication on the Store’s website.
