1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract by way of an unequivocal statement, sent to: info@vezanna.com. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the 14-day period expires.

Within the statutory withdrawal period, the Customer is entitled to unpack and inspect the goods in the same way as would be possible in a physical store (e.g. trying on a bag, checking its appearance and functionality). Inspecting the product in this way does not forfeit the Customer's right to return it. The Seller reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount if the value of the goods has decreased as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

2. Extended Store Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day period, the Seller voluntarily extends the return window to 30 days from the date of delivery.

For returns made after the statutory 14 days but within the extended period (i.e. between day 15 and day 30 from delivery), the product must:

  • be unused and show no signs of wear,
  • have its original tags attached,
  • be in its original packaging.

Products showing visible signs of use, damage or odor, returned after the statutory 14-day period, may be sent back to the Customer or may be subject to a reduced refund amount.

3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact the Seller by e-mail at info@vezanna.com, providing the order number and a statement of withdrawal or intention to return the item. The Seller will provide further instructions on how to send the goods back.

4. Exchanges

The store does not offer exchanges of purchased items (e.g. for a different size or color). A Customer interested in a different product should return the purchased item and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the goods to the Seller is borne by the Customer.

An exception applies where the returned item does not match the order or is defective — in such cases, the return shipping cost is covered by the Seller (see Section 7, Complaints and Statutory Warranty).

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued without undue delay, and no later than within 14 calendar days from the day the Seller receives the Customer's statement of withdrawal.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back, or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.

7. Complaints and Statutory Warranty

This return policy does not limit the Customer's rights arising from the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia), as regulated by the Polish Civil Code. If the goods are defective or do not match the order, the cost of return shipping and any subsequent repair or replacement is borne by the Seller.

Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to info@vezanna.com, describing the defect and attaching supporting documentation (e.g. photographs) and proof of purchase.

8. Orders Outside the European Union

For orders placed and delivered outside the European Union, return terms may differ from those described in this policy, in particular due to the laws applicable in the destination country. Customers located outside the EU are advised to contact the Seller before placing an order to confirm the applicable return terms.

9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court methods for handling complaints and pursuing claims. Detailed information on such options is available from local consumer ombudsmen, consumer protection organizations, regional Trade Inspection authorities, and on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform allows consumers to file a complaint about an online purchase without leaving home, and serves as a single point of entry for consumers and traders seeking to resolve contractual disputes arising from online sales agreements out of court.
